Dresden Plate blocks were first known to be used in the late 1800’s – a stunning technique to create large shapes from many small pieces of fabric. Dresden Plates are traditionally made up of individual petals (rounded) or blades (pointed), organized in a circle. Once you learn the techniques used to make a Dresden Plate block, the possibilities are endless!
