The Spooner/Washburn County, WI area has over 240 miles of state-funded groomed trails maintained by members of dedicated local ATV and snowmobile groups sure to have you coming back year after year to our picturesque Northwoods winter wonderland!
HIKING & WILDLIFE VIEWING

SKI & SNOWSHOE
The Spooner area has some of the very best trail systems around for those that love to cross country ski and snowshoe enthusiasts of all levels. With all of the options the only hard part will be choosing where you want to start!
HORSEBACK RIDING
Just east of Spooner lies a beautiful 30 mile horseback riding trail system with two 15 mile loops offering incredible views throughout the gently rolling hardwood ridges. With 12 campsites equipped with electric hook ups you can make a weekend out of it with your family, friends and four-legged friends!
