Sign up your business or organization to participate in Ladies Night Out 2023 that will be held on Monday, November 20th, from 2:00pm-8:00pm!

By signing up to participate in this event you must commit to the following:

• Paying a $50 participation fee that will go towards promotional materials and advertising costs.
• A gift card donation for your business/organization for one of the grand prize drawings. In the past $50 and above has been recommended, but we welcome all donations!
• A donation of an item that represents your business/organization for the second prize drawing that evening.
• Your business/organization must stay open for the duration of the event (2:00pm-8:00pm) on Monday, November 20th, 2023.
  • You must be able to provide the Chamber with a physical address of where people can find you and you business/organization during the event.
• Collection of Food Pantry items from customers in exchange for a ticket entry into the grand prize drawings.
  • Please box up the Food Pantry items and keep in your store for collection later that week.
• Please make all checks payable to the Spooner Area Chamber of Commerce.

*Only participating businesses/organizations and vendors that have paid the participation fee and donated to tonight's grand prize will be able to hand out tickets for the drawings.

*All participation fees, signed agreement forms and donations must be turned into the Chamber Office located at 122 N. River St., Spooner, WI, 54801, prior to Monday, November 13th, 2023, in order to participate in this event and receive your grand prize drawing entry tickets to hand out to visitors.
