Member Art Show in Collaboration with the Washburn County Humane Society

Arts in Hand Gallery is partnering with the Washburn County Humane Society for a gallery member art show entitled “Pets as Artistic Inspiration.” The Humane Society will have pets in Centennial Park next to the gallery on Walnut Street in downtown Spooner. They will direct visitors to the gallery to get voting slips for the art show in Studio 210, above Arts in Hand Gallery. After voting, and participating in various hands-on pet themed activities in Studio 210, participants will bring their entry slip back to Arts in Hand Gallery and submit for several prize drawings. This is the gallery’s kick-off event for their Christmas in July week, and the gallery will have opportunities from July 20-July 25 for the public to make donations to the Humane Society with incentives from the gallery (drawings, giveaways, etc.).
