Join us for a captivating presentation by two individuals (Bill Matthias & Bill Thornley) who have first-hand experience with one of the most devastating local forest fires in recent history. Bill Matthias, the author of the gripping book “Monster Fire,” will be on hand to share his personal account of the 1977 Minong forest fire that ravaged the region. Copies of his book will be available for purchase, at the time of the presentation.
