Sign up your business or organization to participate in Ladies Night Out 2025 that will be held on Monday, November 24, from 2:00pm-8:00pm!

By signing up to participate in this event you must commit to the following:

• Paying a $50 participation fee that will go towards promotional materials and advertising costs. If paying with check instead of credit card, please make the check payable to the Spooner Area Chamber of Commerce. For check payments, please contact Jorgan Staupe at Staupe Computers, 715-931-7064.
• Gift card donations from your business/organization for the grand prize drawings. We encourage you to do three (3) separate gift cards with a minimum of $15 per card.
• A donation of an item that represents your business/organization for the second prize drawing that evening.
• Your business/organization must stay open for the duration of the event (2:00pm-8:00pm) on Monday, November 24, 2025.
  • You must be able to provide the Chamber with a physical address of where people can find you and you business/organization during the event.
• Collection of Food Pantry items from customers in exchange for a ticket entry into the grand prize drawings.
  • Please box up the Food Pantry items and keep in your store for collection later that week.

*Only participating businesses/organizations and vendors that have paid the participation fee and donated to tonight's grand prize will be able to hand out tickets for the drawings.

*All participation fees, signed agreement forms and donations must be turned into Staupe Computers located at 1134 Walnut St, Spooner, WI 54801, prior to Monday, November 10, 2025, in order to participate in this event and receive your grand prize drawing entry tickets to hand out to visitors.
