This is an evidence-based community fall prevention program for older adults. Don Ross will be demonstrating the Yang style eight form Tai Chi Moving for Better Balance program. Tai Chi is a way of improving lower body strength, increasing balance, relieving stress, and has been shown to lower blood pressure.
