The box of straight lines! Curved piecing is a daunting prospect and many patterns that rely on curved piecing get left on our quilting bucket lists for a loooooong time. Luckily\, the Quick Curve Ruler is a tremendous help breaking down the wall between straight line blocks and curved blocks. And the techniques used for the ruler can help with standard curved piecing as well! \nJoin us April 20\, 9-12 as we break the curve barrier with a striking mini-quilt using the Quick Curve Ruler from Sew Kind of Wonderful. All fabric and specialty notions\, including the Quick Curve Ruler\, are included. Please bring your sewing machine and basic supplies. Shared irons and ironing boards will be available. We will review your machine with you to have it ready for quilting. Quarter inch seams – how to control. Quilting patterns – how to read. Sewing quarter inch seams. Lining up blocks and corners. Process to finish a quilt – backing\, batting\, and top. Options for quilting your project. \nTake what you learn in class one\, practice at home and then come back with questions to receive help in problem solving and learning more! \nWhat is a Skill Building Class? \nAt Seams Like Quilting\, we want your only limit to be your imagination! \nAs a set of skills\, quilting is much like cooking.
