DESCRIPTION:That’s right\, Clarity Wine Shop will be hosting their first event where they will be pairing five lovely wines with an exploration of the finest delicacies known to Parisian baking. The food will come compliments of Max’s sister\, Hannah Dunn. Hannah is a trained pastry chef living in Brooklyn\, NY. She attended École Ducasse Culinary Institute for a Pastry Arts program in 2022 and spent a wonderful summer tasting her way through Paris while learning all about classic French pastry. She now supplements her nine-to-five job as a baker at Simple Loaf Bakehouse in Park Slope\, Brooklyn\, working primarily with laminated pastry (croissants!). In her free time she bakes extensively for friends and family and loves experimenting with new recipes. \nThe details:\n\nAt the Spooner Dancehall – dance studio above rear of Northwind Book & Fiber\, entrance in alleyway\n\nSaturday\, August 19th – doors open at 6pm\, first course at 6:30 \n5 courses + 5 wines + charcuterie \n$85/person – full tasting menu experience \n$115 ADD ON (optional) – With this purchase you will receive bottles of the five wines served during the dinner. These will be waiting for you to take home at the end of the evening. \nAllergens: all food will have gluten\, dairy\, and tree nuts.
