This year\, Spooner Health will be offering both the high-dose flu shot and the regular-dose flu shot. You must be 65 years of age or older to receive the high-dose flu shot. You must register ahead of time by visiting www.SpoonerHealth.com/FluShot or by calling 715-939-1685. \nThe flu shot clinics will be by appointment only on the following dates: \nWASHBURN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS:\n8000 West Beaverbrook Avenue | Spooner\nThursday\, September 25: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.\nMonday\, October 6: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. \nJACK LINK’S AQUATIC & ACTIVITY CENTER:\n714 West Hokah Street | Minong\nThursday\, October 23: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. \nSpooner Health’s community flu shot clinics are open to the public for anyone ages three and up. Most insurance policies cover flu shots. Please bring your insurance card with you for verification. No insurance? No problem! Cost is only $40 and cash or checks are accepted.
